Begin with the learning outcome
Define what a learner should be able to understand or do after the program. A large catalog and polished video do not guarantee progress. Look for a coherent sequence that connects explanation with practice and gradually increases difficulty.
Examine feedback and active practice
People learn by attempting, receiving useful feedback and trying again. Check whether the platform includes realistic exercises, explanations for mistakes and opportunities to apply knowledge. Completion badges are less informative than demonstrated capability.
Check access, support and portability
Consider captions, device compatibility, bandwidth, language, instructor access and accommodations. Review how long materials remain available and whether learners can export work or credentials. The best platform is one people can use consistently within their actual circumstances.
