Flat White in Hefei
This is what I want when I ask for cappuccino! Well-foamed, dense-but-thin layer of microfoam that blends in with the espresso to create that rich, velvety texture. I was very impressed; really enjoyed this (although it was a tad too hot). Good job, SPR!
