A shot of Chinese liquor
It seems a Chinese dinner banquet consists of several "taosts", for various reasons. Our dinner banquet had a LOT of toasting, thanks to our Lao Huang’s enthusiastic fondness for drinks and knowledge of drinking cultural.
These shots are very small (around 15ml?), but the liquor itself is at 40% alcohol (by volume, I think).
