A Tight Knot to Untie
Nepalis are banking on the "historic" CA Polls of April 10, 2008 in Nepal to help get them out of the present conditions of fear, disorder and disharmony. The elections, which will decide how the Constituent Assembly should be formed and thereby also lead to the writing of a new constitution, had previously been postponed twice and held in an environment of uncertainly and fear, at the trail of several bomb blasts, attacks and deaths. However, the polling itself went smoothly and, apart from some booth-capturing, relatively without trouble.
